2018 FIELD MEET
Our yearly meet will take place in Butler, Alabama on from Friday, February 23rd through Sunday February 25th with the banquet & raffle being held on Saturday night, the 24th.
Pricing for AHA members is $10 per person. Non-members are $20 per person. Children 5 and under are FREE!
The registration fee covers your meal at the banquet on Saturday night and access to the raffle.

Friday, February 23rd will be Burger Night. Lunch will not be provided. Packing a lunch might be a good idea.
We will have a jar set up for a $5 donation (or more if your heart desires) to help us cover expenses.
Saturday, February 24th will be the banquet and raffle. This will be covered by your $10 or $20 registration fee. Lunch may or may not be provided (donations will be requested), details pending.

Plan is to meet up at The Western Inn parking lot. Friday the 23rd between 6 and 7am group up and head out hunting. If you are late you will be left. We will be headed in the woods no later than 7am. Each hunting party will have a land owner as a guide. It’s up to you where y’all eat or continue to hunt through lunch. We will keep same parties and hunt again that evening. Meet at The Warehouse for supper by 7pm
Same on Saturday the 24th meet at The Western Inn parking lot between 6am and 7am if your late you will be left. We will head into the woods no later than 7am. Hunt morning and evening. Meet at the Warehouse for supper and Banquet by 7pm
Sunday is same, meet at Best Western parking lot hunt from 7am till lunch. Then GO HOME.
